We're looking for a developer who can build awesome stuff across the entire stack. You'll be working on our Laravel API, React Native mobile app, and everything in between. If you love shipping features that users actually use, this is your gig.
What you'll be doing:
- Building new features from concept to production
- Working with React Native, TypeScript, and Laravel
- Collaborating directly with design and product
- Making architecture decisions that scale
- Keeping our codebase clean and our tests green
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of professional development experience
- Strong with JavaScript/TypeScript and PHP
- Experience with React Native or similar mobile frameworks
- You've shipped products that real people use
- You can explain complex stuff in simple terms
Know how to make content that actually gets people to stop scrolling? We need someone who lives and breathes social media and can tell our story in a way that resonates. TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X - you know what works on each platform and why.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating engaging content across all our social channels
- Building and nurturing our community of habit-trackers
- Running campaigns that actually convert
- Keeping up with trends and jumping on them fast
- Working with creators and influencers
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of social media marketing experience
- A portfolio of content that actually performed well
- You understand analytics and can optimize based on data
- Strong copywriting skills with a casual, relatable voice
- Bonus: you've grown a brand from early stage before
Our app needs to feel as good as it works. We're looking for a designer who obsesses over the little details - the micro-interactions, the perfect spacing, the "aha" moments. If you've ever spent an hour perfecting a button animation, you'll fit right in.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing features from wireframe to polished UI
- Creating delightful interactions and animations
- Building and maintaining our design system
- User research and usability testing
- Collaborating closely with engineering
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio showing mobile app design
- Fluent in Figma (seriously, we live there)
- You think about accessibility from the start
- Bonus: you can prototype with code
iOS is our primary platform and we want it to be buttery smooth. We need someone who knows Swift inside out and cares about native performance. If you get excited about optimizing launch times and smooth 60fps animations, let's chat.
What you'll be doing:
- Building native iOS features and optimizations
- Working with Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit
- Implementing widgets, notifications, and iOS-specific features
- Performance profiling and optimization
- Shipping updates through the App Store
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of iOS development experience
- Deep knowledge of Swift and Apple frameworks
- Published apps on the App Store
- Experience with SwiftUI is a big plus
- You stay up to date with Apple's latest stuff
tapdub is all about making habit tracking social, so we need someone awesome to nurture our community. You'll be the bridge between our users and our team, making sure everyone feels heard and hyped about tracking their dubs.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and engaging with our user community
- Responding to feedback and turning it into insights
- Creating community events and challenges
- Managing our Discord, forums, and support channels
- Being the voice of our users internally
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of community management experience
- You're a natural people person (even online)
- Experience with Discord, forums, or similar platforms
- Strong written communication skills
- Bonus: you're already a habit-tracking nerd
